Q: What are your store hours?

A: Our store hours are 9 am - 9 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am - 6 PM on Saturday. If your product is too heavy for you to lift from your automobile, come in and ask, there is always someone available to help you.

Q: What sort of products do you fix?

A: We can fix all home entertainment products such as, microwave ovens, televisions, VCRs, stereos, CD players/recorders, record players, analog/digital camcorders, DVD players/recorders, video projectors, plasma screens, mini disc players/recorders, etc. We fix office equipment for use at home or in a small business such as, copiers, scanners, laptops, desktop computers, facsimile machines, printers, and monitors. To our friends and neighbors who are conducting commercial and industrial enterprises, please be advised that we will arrange special terms for pricing and warranty for high volume work, such as a large number of laptops, television sets, VCRs, or camcorders. We would also like those of you who are interested to know that we can repair large office intercom systems that include background music, paging, night bells, and break bells. Q: What will this cost?

A: We will happily provide the consumer with a free estimate on most carry-in items. Sometimes there is a nominal charge on certain products because of the extensive amount of time involved for an accurate estimate. In those instances where in-home service is required, the service fee includes the cost of the estimate. In every case, any estimate or service call charges are fully applied to the cost of the repair when the customer approves the estimate. Commercial/Industrial accounts are treated on an individual basis determined by the type and volume of work in question. Please contact us if you have specific questions.

Q: How much advance notice do you need for repairs?

A: If your set breaks, and our store is open you are welcome to bring it in. An appointment is never necessary. If you need in-home service, under most circumstances we provide service the same day you ask for it. For commercial/industrial accounts, we will gladly make arrangements for convenient scheduling.

Q: How long will it take to fix it?

A: We pride ourselves on the slogan, �In by the a.m., out by the p.m.� In all cases, we guarantee that your set will be repaired in 48 hours, excluding holidays, weekends, factory back orders, and elusive intermittent problems. Special requests from commercial/industrial accounts are given priority attention.

Q: What is your guarantee?

A: The electronic industry standard guarantee is 90 days on parts and labor. Our guarantee always meets this standard and in many cases exceeds it. Our warranty is one year on parts and 90 days on labor.
